Roofing
Q: Do I need to be at home?
A: Only if you want to be. We can handle the roofing just fine while you carry on with your daily life.
Q: Do you remove the gutters?
A: No. In fact, we use your gutters as measuring point for our work.
Q: Do you tear the existing roofing off?
A: Yes. We don't lay anything over existing roofing. It's out with the old, in with the new.
Q: How long does the process take?
A: Generally, between two and four days, depending on the size of your home.
Q: What if it rains?
A: We won't start work unless there's a 30 percent or less chance of rain. This way, we make maximum use of everybody's time.
Windows
Q: Do we need to be at home?
A: If possible, yes. Our workers will need access to the inside of your home.
Q: Are windows installed from the inside or outside?
A: We install from the outside, which keeps the traffic and work inside your home to a minimum.
Q: How do maintenance-free windows work?
A: After installing the window, we trim the outside wood with aluminum coil, replacing any rotten wood in the process. This leaves the outside maintenance free!

Q: When do I pay?
A: When the job is completed and not a moment sooner!
Q: Do you take credit cards?
A: Yes, we take Visa and Mastercard.
